Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and user systems
- Perform system configuration, network administration, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and security
- Support daily IT operations and respond to technical issues in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiar with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and server management
- Proficient in network setup, administration, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
