Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document MES requirements through client interviews and documentation analysis.
  • Translate client requirements into application features and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of MES with other enterprise systems such as ERP.
  • Monitor and optimize database performance, including analyzing query execution plans and making necessary adjustments.
  • Configure IIS settings (websites, application pools, virtual directories) and optimize web server performance.
  • Design creative prototypes according to specifications and contribute to application architecture discussions.
  • Develop high-quality source code and deliver complete applications within deadlines.
  • Perform unit, integration, functional, and non-functional testing prior to launch.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications; monitor MES performance and resolve reliability issues.
  • Evaluate existing applications for updates, reprogramming, and new feature enhancements.
  • Prepare technical documentation and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.
  • Integrate MES with third-party applications and design complex systems using advanced technology platforms.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing teams for MES usage and assist in issue resolution.
  • Undertake any other tasks or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

    Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Programming: VB6, C#, Python, and .NET framework.

  • MES technologies: Automated data collection and workflow management.
  • Database: Expertise in SQL programming, performance tuning, and query optimization.
  • Web & Server: In-depth understanding of Internet Information Services (IIS) architecture, including configuration of websites, application pools, and virtual directories.

  • Application Development: Solid understanding of software design principles and programming for web and client systems.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
