Job Details

  • Position: Product Manager
  • Location: Hybrid – our KL office based in Semantan, near MRT Semantan.
  • Salary Range: RM 8,000 to RM 10,000
  • Type: Full-time

About the Role

The Product Manager drives Naluri's product execution within a defined domain/ offering/ platform— spanning data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, and AI/M, where relevantL Reporting to the Head of Product, this role bridges strategy and delivery, ensuring that every iteration delivers measurable value to users, clients, and the business.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Delivery

  • Translate the product vision into actionable roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
  • Align technology, business, and operations to deliver measurable impact.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to execute and scale key initiatives.

Opportunity Discovery & Market Understanding

  • Identify growth opportunities using data, market insights, and feedback.
  • Define and refine the unique value proposition (UVP) for the product vertical.

Product Design & Iteration

  • Translate user and stakeholder needs into clear, high-quality product solutions with our product design team.
  • Lead continuous iteration through feedback, analytics, and performance data with design team.

Go-to-Market & Operational Alignment

  • Partner with BD and Ops to ensure scalable launches, strong SLAs, and market fit.
  • Support go-to-market execution and continuous improvement post-launch

What We're Looking For

  • 4-7 years' experience in product management or ownership, ideally within SaaS, analytics, or health-tech.
  • Strong ability to balance business goals, user needs, and tech feasibility.
  • Data-driven decision maker with a bias for action and ownership.
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and deliver measurable impact
