OBJETIVE
The Pahang Cuisine Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic Pahang traditional dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and prepare a variety of traditional Pahang dishes, such as Tempoyak Ikan Patin, Sambal Hitam Pahang.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to traditional recipes and company quality standards.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to master Pahang cooking techniques and maintain food consistency.
- Manage ingredient inventory, ensuring all items are fresh and sourced according to menu requirements.
- Collaborate with management to design seasonal or promotional Pahang menus.
- Monitor portioning, food presentation, and overall quality before serving.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
