Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health regulations (OSHA, DOSH, etc.)
  • Implement and monitor company safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; recommend corrective actions
  • Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills
  • Liaise with government bodies (DOSH, BOMBA, DOE) when required
  • Prepare and submit safety reports and documentation

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
  • Registered Safety & Health Officer (DOSH) preferred
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in manufacturing industry
  • Good knowledge of OSHA, FMA, and EAQ and relevant regulatory
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
