  • Responsible for producing & managing the company's social media campaigns, creative planning & strategies.
  • Plan, produce and optimise social posts, creative campaigns and live hosting across all social media accounts.
  • Ideate and create highly creative & tasteful copywriting and compelling visuals.
  • Create sense of community among the followers through UGC content.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with & creative team for new launch, promotion mechanics and other related messages to generate buzz.
  • Develop new opportunities via engagement with relevant influencers, KOL.
  • Responding to comments on each of our social media accounts.
  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
  • Organise, manage, and participate in new product launching activities, promotional events, conferences as well as exhibitions.
  • Problem solver, working closely with the team members to reflect on the analytics and how to improve further.
  • A team player, supporting team members by taking individual tasks, and helping the marketing team to meet key goals and deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
