Position Responsibilities
- Aggregate production daily and monthly reports, and statistics such as production volume, man-hours, and defective rates to ensure data accuracy.
- Process production orders, material requisitions, warehouse receipts, and other documents, verify the information, and distribute them to relevant departments.
- Follow up on production progress, monitor the process, record abnormalities (e.g., equipment failure, material shortage), and provide timely feedback to the production manager.
- Organize and file production-related documents (e.g., process flow charts, inspection reports) to ensure traceability.
- Participate in 5S inspections, maintain a clean workshop environment, and assist in printing labels and distributing production sheets.
- Manage office supplies for the production department, register usage, and control costs.
- Responsible for collecting, processing, and compiling production employees' attendance information, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the HR department.
- Assist in induction training and other basic HR-related tasks.
Qualifications
- DiplomaCollege degree or above, any major.
- Proficient in Office software (Excel, Word); familiarity with the SAP system is an advantage.
- More than 1 year of experience as a production clerk or in related positions; familiar with production processes and data management. Experience in production planning or inventory management is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, data-sensitive, able to handle repetitive work under pressure; strong communication and coordination skills, adaptable to teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,700.00 per month
