What you'll be doing?
  • Design: Create detailed designs for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings using precast materials.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with consultants and contractors to ensure project details are accurately executed.
  • Coordinate: Prepare and complete precast shop drawings within specified timelines and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Maintain and update precast shop drawings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Attend Meetings: Participate in meetings with consultants, contractors, and on-site teams to discuss project progress and resolve any issues.
  • Manage Projects: Oversee the drafting staff, check drawings, and ensure compliance with design concepts.
  • Conduct Reviews: Review design details to ensure the accuracy of shop drawings produced.
Who are they looking for?
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years design engineer experience in construction design within precast industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in design analysis software like Etabs and Prokon. Strong communication skills are essential.
