Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install, maintain, and repair various types of air conditioning units and systems.

  2. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.

  3. Respond to service calls and emergencies promptly.

  4. Cleaning, adjusting, repairing systems, and performing warranty services.

  5. Perform system diagnostics and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.

  6. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.

  7. Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

  8. Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.

  9. Assisting with customers' queries.

Qualifications:

  1. Certificate of competency from an accredited educational body or Diploma qualification in the related field.

  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the facilities field

  3. Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role with relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC certification).

  4. Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, electrical components, and refrigeration principles.

  5. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  7. Strong communication and customer service skills.

  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  9. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

  1. Knowledge of facility equipment operation and maintenance, such as air compressors, air handling unit (AHU), water pump system, air conditioning systems (HVAC), ventilation, cooling towers, and chillers.

  2. Knowledge in electrical basic is a MUST

  3. Working location: Genting Highland, Pahang - Accommodation Provided

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
