About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at KOLEJ POLY-TECH MARA SDN. BHD. located in Kuala Lumpur area. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving our sales and marketing efforts, helping us to reach new customers and expand our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services
  • Conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Preparing sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and distribute compelling promotional content
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving targets
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with the local Sales industry and market trends
  • Able to work from anywhere
  • Proficient in speaking English and Chinese or Indian
