In-House Support & Onsite Technician Roles

Job Scope:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Perform installation and maintenance of workstations, printers, routers, and servers
  • Handle remote support, ticketing system, and basic troubleshooting
  • Onsite roles involve visiting customer premises for setup and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Basic troubleshooting skills in Windows, networking, and system hardware
  • Able to communicate effectively and work independently
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided
