Description
  • Deliver excellent customer experience by providing make up consultations and personalised recommendations on product selections based on customer needs.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling, increasing basket size and IPT, and converting opportunities into sales.
  • Educate customers on product features, ingredients, usage and benefits, as well as new launches and best sellers.
  • Help customers build a strong connection with the brand and its products.
  • Provide demonstrations and conduct product testing.
  • Perform makeup applications for 2 brands.
  • Strive for long-term customer engagement by maintaining good after-sales relationships.
  • Handle customer queries and rejections professionally and effectively.
  • Stay updated with current market trends.
  • Work collaboratively as a team to achieve team goals and support inventory management when needed.
  • Maintain the brands in optimal condition by following visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring cleanliness, organizing products and testers appropriately, and replenishing stocks as required.

Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in retail makeup artist and makeup applications skills
- Strong communication, customer engagement and presentation skills.
- Pleasant personality, team player and positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented.
