Job Scope:

Administrative & Procurement

  • Source and liaise with suppliers; follow up on quotations.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, orders, and supplier records.
  • Maintain engineering documents, reports, and asset inventory.
  • Handle correspondence and support cross-department communication.
  • Review catalogues and supplier materials for equipment specifications.

Technical & Production

  • Set up, operate, and maintain machinery for production.
  • Ensure operators are trained and follow procedures.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and preventive servicing.
  • Monitor product quality through in-line checks.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and daily logbook.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Academic Qualification: Minimum certification in related area
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of working experience. Your portfolio will be an important factor.
  • Communication Skills: Strong command of English and Malay, both written and spoken.
  • Trustworthiness & Integrity: High level of discretion when handling confidential information and demonstrate integrity in all actions.
