We're looking for a Senior MuleSoft Developer to join a leading global technology organization on an exciting contract opportunity based in Malaysia.

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, with a particular focus on connecting SAP systems and enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and implement integration flows and APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, adhering to API-led architecture principles.
  • Develop secure, scalable APIs with strong error handling, logging, and monitoring capabilities.
  • Build and maintain reusable components such as connectors and data transformation modules to support enterprise-wide scalability.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement automated CI/CD pipelines and ensure consistent deployment practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure solutions meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation including API specifications, data mappings, and integration flows.
  • Integrate with SAP ECC/S4HANA using IDoc, BAPI, RFC, and OData connectors to support business-critical functions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectivity, data transformation, and system integration in production environments.
  • Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams to deliver solutions that meet business and compliance objectives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, DataWeave, and API management.
  • Strong background in SAP integration (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData).
  • Proficiency with RESTful/SOAP APIs and authentication standards (OAuth2, SAML).
  • Familiarity with API-led connectivity, microservices, and DevOps/CI-CD best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and documentation capabilities within cross-functional teams.
