Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wirebond Engineer, based in Bayan Lepas. The Wirebond Engineer will be responsible for setting up and optimizing wire bonding processes, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and maintaining quality control standards. Additionally, the role involves analyzing equipment performance, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in wire bonding process setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Experience with quality control, process analysis, and testing methodologies
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor assembly and manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• Experience with semiconductor equipment and operations is a plus
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a bonus
