Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to operate and program CNC Turning, Auto Lathe, and Lathe machines to produce high-precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The role involves collaborating with engineering and quality teams to maintain high production standards, improve processes, and ensure product quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC Turning / Auto Lathe / Lathe machines according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Program CNC machines using CAM software (SolidCAM, NX CAM, SurfMill) for accurate and efficient machining.
  • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime.
  • Select, install, and maintain cutting tools and fixtures; optimize tooling for efficiency and quality.
  • Inspect machined components using precision measuring instruments to ensure tight tolerances.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and maintain high production standards.
  • Ensure quality of incoming materials and components in collaboration with suppliers.
  • Work in shift rotations as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in precision machining.
  • Proficient in CNC Turning / Auto Lathe / Lathe operation and programming.
  • Familiar with CAM software: SolidCAM, NX CAM, SurfMill, Esprit.
  • Programming knowledge for Fanuc and Mitsubishi controllers.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and fixturing.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
