Workshop Supervisor

Job Description

1. Workshop Operations

• Organize and schedule vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Order spare parts and workshop supplies when needed.
• Work with managers to arrange vehicles and machines for land development work.

2. Record-Keeping & Reporting

• Keep records of vehicle licenses, permits, service schedules, and repairs.
• Prepare simple reports on vehicle and machinery maintenance.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Make sure safety rules are followed in the workshop.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste, such as used engine oil.

4. Team Support & Training

• Arrange training sessions to help workshop staff learn new skills.

5. Project Coordination

• Keep track of project timelines to ensure work is completed on time.

6. Other Responsibilities

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Ability to work on-site (accommodation provided if needed).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
