About the Job

Adjudicate health claims accordingly to Service Level Agreement (SLA) and compliance with governance standards and regulatory requirement while delivering strong customer service focus.

  • Access claims in accordance with the policy terms and conditions
  • Efficient claims handling to ensure meeting claims cycle time and paying accurately
  • Handling agents & client enquiries and complaints
    • Co-ordinate with other branches to ensure smooth claims handling
  • To attend to any other tasks assigned from time to time
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

We are looking for people who

  • A University Degree in any discipline, preferably in healthcare or health administration or insurance related practice with 2-3years experience in life insurance company or large organisation.
  • Skills required insurance industry knowledge, insurance products knowledge/feature, claims practice, good business communications, good analytical skills and etc
  • High level of integrity
  • Takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
