About the role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator - Foreign Workers Management to join our team at SIRAGA IEM SDN BHD' in Port Klang, Selangor. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the effective management and support of our international workforce.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of foreign workers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies related to foreign workers
• Manage the visa, work permit, and immigration processes for foreign employees
• Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth employment of foreign workers
• Provide support and assistance to foreign workers, addressing their queries and concerns
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to foreign worker management
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures for foreign worker management
• Handle and monitor the hostel of foreign workers
• Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure a cohesive and effective workforce

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar foreign worker management or HR coordinator role
• Strong understanding of Labour laws, regulations, and best practices related to foreign worker employment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in using HR software and databases to maintain accurate records and generate reports
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to resolve issues
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
