Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and imaginative
Web Designer
to join our growing digital and creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with our brand and business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to craft intuitive interfaces and exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands modern UI/UX principles, and can translate ideas into functional, elegant web layouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and responsive web layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs across platforms
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that illustrate user journeys and interactions
• Ensure design consistency and alignment with brand identity and project goals
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance across all devices
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, web design best practices, and new creative tools
• Work closely with marketing teams to support digital campaigns, product launches, and content updates
• Provide design input on website structure, navigation, and user experience improvements
• Prepare and deliver final design assets and style guides for development teams

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• 2–5 years of professional experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for web and interface design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative web design and user-centered design principles
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design frameworks
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices, typography, color theory, and layout design
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and non-design stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
