As a Management Trainee at LTH Group Asia, you will undergo a structured training and development program designed to groom future leaders in the financial services industry. This role provides hands-on exposure to insurance, takaful, wealth planning, and business management while developing strong leadership, sales, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program covering financial planning, takaful, insurance, and investment solutions
  • Assist senior managers in daily operations, business planning, and client servicing
  • Learn and apply effective sales, marketing, and customer relationship strategies
  • Conduct financial needs analysis and provide suitable financial solutions to clients
  • Support team activities such as recruitment, training, and performance monitoring
  • Attend coaching sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners
  • Achieve assigned performance targets and milestones during the training period

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Leadership potential and positive attitude
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Willing to undergo training and obtain required industry certifications
