Job Description:

As an IT Support professional, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, providing end-user support, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

User Support:

  • Handle and resolve user tickets efficiently, including executing SQL scripts to fix issues in the Dynamic SL system.
  • Diagnose and resolve software errors in systems such as Dynamic SL and Microsoft Office.
  • Provide basic IT training and guidance to users.

Data Management:

  • Run SQL queries to check and correct data issues in Dynamic SL.
  • Troubleshoot pivot reports, scripts, and intranet data report problems.

IT Hardware Maintenance:

  • Troubleshoot and repair PC hardware (motherboard, RAM, SSD, etc.).
  • Maintain UPS and printers (battery, printhead, and print quality).
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and replace CCTV and fingerprint devices.

System Monitoring & Coordination:

  • Monitor and resolve issues in thumbprint, CCTV, GPS, and PABX systems.
  • Check network connections between HQ and branches; manage Hyper-V and VM clusters.
  • Coordinate with vendors (e.g., BCA, Explosoft, Cartrack, Fingertec).
  • Respond promptly to IT emergencies and provide solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Windows Server, and ERP systems (Dynamic SL preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with PC hardware, printers, CCTV, and network devices.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring, Hyper-V, and virtual machines.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle IT emergencies efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
