Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our fast-growing Customer Service team in Johor Bahru. This role requires strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional proficiency in Traditional Chinese or Cantonese considered an advantage.
You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a professional and high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries.
- Provide professional customer support by identifying issues and offering effective solutions.
- Accurately document and follow up on customer requests and concerns.
- Maintain service quality standards and achieve performance targets.
Requirements
- Malaysian citizens only.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of Traditional Chinese preferred.
- Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage.
- Able to work on 24-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
