We are hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst to join a well-established Shared Services Centre in Petaling Jaya. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about process excellence and stakeholder engagement.

Your new role

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Perform 3-way matching and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain vendor master data and manage enquiries
  • Support month-end closing activities and AP reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors across the region

What you'll need to succeed

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of AP or finance operations experience (SSC experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
