To support the ERP system operations by ensuring accurate data entry, maintenance, and reporting, enabling efficient business processes and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP Data Management
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate master data in the ERP system (customers, suppliers, materials, inventory, BOMs, etc.).
  • Monitor and validate ERP data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure timely updates of transactional data such as purchase orders, production orders, and goods movements.
  • System Support & Coordination
  • Assist users in navigating the ERP system and provide support for basic operational queries.
  • Coordinate with IT, production, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure ERP data aligns with actual operations.
  • Identify and report system errors or inconsistencies for corrective action.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports for production, inventory, procurement, and finance purposes.
  • Maintain proper documentation of ERP transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities.
  • Process Improvement
  • Suggest improvements to ERP workflows and processes for better efficiency.
  • Support ERP system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Accuracy and timeliness of ERP data entries
  • Reduction of errors or discrepancies in ERP reports
  • User support response time
  • Compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in ERP data entry or system support (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Basic understanding of business processes in manufacturing, procurement, or finance.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based, working closely with IT, production, finance, and procurement teams.
  • Standard working hours; may require occasional overtime during system updates or audits.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
