Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the company's marketing strategies by developing content, managing promotional activities, strengthening brand visibility, and assisting in campaigns that enhance customer engagement. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and contributing to initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing & Branding

 Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

 Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, business case studies, and product profiles.

 Ensure consistent branding across all company communications, promotional items, and corporate materials.

 Contribute to brand-building activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, conferences, and industry events.

  1. Digital Marketing

 Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

 Create engaging content including posts, articles, visuals, and videos to strengthen online presence.

 Monitor digital performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.

 Support email marketing campaigns, online promotions, and digital lead-generation initiatives.

  1. Content Development & Creative Support

 Assist in developing content for proposals, corporate presentations, and marketing collaterals.

 Work with designers or use design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) to create visuals and infographics.

 Maintain a repository of project photos, marketing assets, and multimedia content.

  1. Market Research & Analysis

 Conduct basic market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and market demand.

 Provide insights and recommendations to support marketing strategies and business development initiatives.

 Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on research findings.

  1. Coordination & Administrative Support

 Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical information for marketing materials.

 Support logistics for events, client visits, and marketing campaigns.

 Maintain databases of clients, partners, media contacts, and marketing materials.

 Assist in budgeting, tracking expenses, and managing vendor or agency relationships.

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.

 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communication roles (fresh graduates may also be considered).

 Strong writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

 Ability to create content for corporate materials, proposals, and social media.

 Ability to convert technical information into simple, impactful marketing materials.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic design skills using Canva or Adobe software is an advantage.

 Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

 Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
