Job Summary

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, client coordination, and basic business development tasks. This role is suitable for someone who is energetic, coachable, and eager to develop a career in recruitment and consulting.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • First Saturday of every month: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (half-day)
  • Work arrangement:
  • Monday to Friday: Work-from-office
  • First Saturday (Monthly): Work-from-home (WFH)

Key Responsibilities Candidate Management

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct phone screening to assess candidate fit, motivations, and availability.
  • Arrange interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in the tracking system.

Client Support

  • Assist consultants in understanding client hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates.
  • Prepare candidate summaries, profiles, and reporting documents.

Business Development Support

  • Assist in identifying potential clients through research and mapping.
  • Conduct basic outreach to prospects when required (email, WhatsApp, or calls).
  • Support in preparing proposals or presentations.

General

  • Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company standards.
  • Provide timely updates to senior consultants on job progress.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve your skills.
