Tele-Collector Executive (6-Month Contract Renewable) | Up to RM3,500

Location: Mid Valley (Work in Office)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Weekend work may apply based on operational needs)

Salary Package:

  • Basic: RM2,400
  • Fixed Allowance: RM100
  • Performance Incentive: Up to RM2,500 monthly
  • Eligible for OT + Callback Allowance

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reach out to customers to discuss overdue accounts and develop personalized repayment plans.
  • Make outbound calls to encourage timely payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed collection targets while complying with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers on repayment queries and updates.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in debt collection or call center roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident, professional, and persuasive.
  • Calm under pressure with great problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English & Malay.
