Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Bahru for a Customer Service (AI Chatbot) Specialist. The primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality customer support via AI chatbot and other communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless digital experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, training with customer, troubleshooting issues, monitoring chatbot interactions, and escalating cases when necessary while maintaining professionalism and strong communication. Regular collaboration with internal teams to improve chatbot performance and customer experience is also expected.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional engagement and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the overall Customer Experience through prompt and helpful responses
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities to address and troubleshoot customer issues effectively
- Ability to work well in an on-site team environment with adaptability and collaboration
- Prior experience in customer service or chatbot management is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with customer service tools or software is a plus
