Key Responsibilities

IT Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for computers, printers, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and other IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Set up user accounts, emails, and system access for staff.
  • Maintain and update antivirus, system patches, and software.
  • Monitor IT performance, resolve connectivity issues, and ensure data backup compliance.
  • Support POS, PMS, PABX/telephone, and other operational systems (if hotel environment).
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Electrical Responsibilities

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting, and power systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure equipment safety and function.
  • Assist in installation of electrical appliances, panels, and circuits.
  • Monitor and maintain generators, DB boards, and electrical equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and electrical regulations.
  • Support daily maintenance tasks and respond to breakdowns promptly.
