About the role

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in the healthcare and medical industry? CMNK SDN BHD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing strategic and technical guidance to our clients, ensuring they get the most value from our innovative medical products and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement tailored product strategies to meet the unique needs of our healthcare clients
  • Provide expert-level technical support and training to customers, ensuring they can leverage our products to their full potential
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, and R&D teams to gather feedback and drive product improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to inform our product roadmap
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to showcase our offerings
  • Mentor and guide more junior members of the product team

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior product specialist or technical sales role within the healthcare and medical industry
  • Extensive knowledge of medical products, services, and technologies, with a deep understanding of industry regulations and best practices
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable guidance for customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address customer challenges
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of working cross-functionally to drive product innovation
