Role Overview

We're looking for a Research Analyst / Associate Research Analyst to research projects, analyse, and deliver strategic insights to clients. This role combines deep analytical work with real business impact, ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems and producing meaningful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, organise, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and structure.
  • Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research across multiple industries.
  • Perform detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis using sound assumptions and modelling techniques.
  • Produce clear, well-structured research reports and business plans, incorporating data visualisation and strategic insights.
  • Translate research findings into actionable, client-focused recommendations.
  • Take full ownership of assigned research projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in research or consulting; IPO or capital market exposure is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in market estimation and modelling is an added advantage.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to develop insightful and structured English reports.
  • Resourceful in sourcing data and validating information from credible sources.
  • Capable of framing and solving complex analytical challenges.
  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
  • Adaptable to diverse industries and markets, with sound commercial judgement.
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
