BTS Malaysia is looking to hire interns for 2025. We are seeking individuals who can commit to a 3�6 month internship, with preference given to final-year students able to commit to the full 6 months.

We prioritize interns who have the ambition to join BTS as full-time hires after their internships. Your time with us will give you a complete glimpse into the life of a BTS Consultant while allowing you to demonstrate your fit with the role and our culture.

As a Business Analyst Intern, you�ll gain hands-on consulting experience, supporting our teams in designing simulations, preparing workshops, and shaping leadership programs for senior executives.

What you�ll do:

  • Support consultants in designing and managing projects that directly contribute to clients� strategy and business priorities.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering workshops � virtually, locally, and regionally.
  • Conduct research, create materials, and test programs to ensure quality and impact.
  • Learn by working alongside experienced consultants, contributing ideas and insights.
  • Help enhance client relationships by identifying new needs and opportunities.

What we�re looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a top university, with strong skills in presentation and analysis.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (another Asian language is a plus).
  • Interest in finance, leadership, and innovation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Interest and/or experience in consulting and entrepreneurship (case competitions, consulting clubs, public speaking, travel).
