Company Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

· Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for construction materials, machinery, and equipment at competitive prices.

· Manage the full procurement cycle — from issuing purchase orders to ensuring timely material delivery.

· Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

· Liaise with project, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure accuracy in material specifications, delivery, and payments.

· Monitor inventory levels and assist in cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

· Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, materials, and price trends.

· Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and ISO/SOP standards.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

· Minimum 2-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction or machinery industry.

· Good knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and supplier networks.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers.

· Proficient in MS Office and procurement software.

· Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM5,500.00 per month
