Internship for Technician

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in:-

- Electrical & Electronic Engineering

- Computer Engineering / Computer Systems

- IT/ Networking/ Computer science

• Accept Vocational (TVET/ SKM Level 3+) students in electronics or device repair

• Proficiency with:-

• computer technologies, tools, and devices to improve learning, productivity, performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and a great aptitude for executing tasks given by a supervisor.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, approachability, and a firm belief in fostering team spirit.
• Got two shifts: Working for 5 day either from 10am- 8pm or 12pm-10pm. Prefer off on weekday
• Minimum internship period of 3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Check and repair various types of devices of customers
• Technical assemble, install and test electronic devices
• Analyse results to evaluate performance and identify defects
• Follow up post repair to ensure all technical issues are resolved
• Provide support in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Testing and packing customers' orders
• Testing the item warranty and record a video of it
• Editing and merging videos
• Sending parcels to a nearby courier hub or lorry
• Resolving network, connectivity issues, and technical support
• Ad hoc assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mid Valley City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)
