1.    Provide good services to all merchants
2.    Monitoring merchant sales volume and manage attrition
3.    To achieve the target set by Management
4.    Understand the merchant's need
5.    Built good relationship with merchant and work closely with merchant for upcoming project (if any)
6.    To comply Visa & Mastercard acquiring compliance
7.    To comply Affin Bank's internal policy
8.    To comply Bank Negara's policy & procedures.
