About the Role

We are seeking a Senior/ Customer Service Executive with manufacturing experience to manage customer orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure excellent service. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Mandarin Speaking is mandatory for this position

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales administration and support junior staff as needed.
  • Manage customer orders, pricing, and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) compliance.
  • Track and follow up on debt collection.
  • Prepare sales reports, order processing documents, and shipping paperwork.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with planners for order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and internal coordination.
  • Maximize system usage (S9 & WMS) and suggest improvements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing. Candidates with more experience, particularly in a supervisory role, may be considered for a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager position.
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MRP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong English & Malay communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Strong planning, forecasting, and documentation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
