Job Summary / 职位概述

We are seeking an experienced Chief Civil & Structural Engineer to lead the civil and structural engineering works for a large-scale Data Center construction project in Johor, Malaysia.

The candidate must have prior experience in data center, high-tech industrial plant, hyperscale facility, or similar mission-critical projects.

本岗位正在招聘一位资深 土建与结构总工程师,全面负责马来西亚大型 数据中心项目(Data Center) 的土建与结构工程管理。候选人 必须具备数据中心、高科技工厂、或类似关键基础设施(mission-critical)项目经验。

Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

• Lead and manage all civil & structural engineering works for a hyperscale data center project

 全面负责数据中心项目的土建与结构工程技术管理

• Review and validate C&S design drawings, specs, and international data center standards

 审查土建与结构图纸、施工规范及国际数据中心标准

• Prepare method statements, construction plans, and risk assessments

 编制施工方案、技术交底及风险评估文件

• Manage precast concrete, superstructure, piling and foundation works

 管理预制混凝土、主体结构、桩基、基础等施工

• Coordinate closely with M&E teams to align civil works with mission-critical systems

 与机电团队密切协调,确保土建工程与关键系统布局一致

• Ensure high-precision construction quality (tolerance control for DC)

 确保数据中心高精度施工质量(严格控制偏差)

• Lead site inspections, QA/QC checks, NCR rectifications and client/consultant approvals

 负责现场巡检、质量验收、NCR整改及业主/顾问验收

• Provide technical guidance to engineers and workers in Mandarin & Malay

 使用中文及马来语进行技术指导与施工交底

Requirements / 任职要求

• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil, Structural or Construction Engineering

 土木、结构或建筑工程本科及以上学历

• Minimum 8 years of C&S management experience, with at least 2–3 years in Data Center / High-Tech / Semiconductor / Mission-Critical projects (MUST)

 至少 8 年土建结构管理经验,其中 2–3 年必须是数据中心/高科技/半导体/关键基础设施项目经验(必须)

• Strong knowledge of precast concrete, structural works, tolerance control and QA/QC

 熟悉预制混凝土、结构施工、高精度控制及质量管理

• Strong coordination ability with M&E disciplines

 具备良好的机电协同管理能力

• Proficient in Mandarin & Malay; English is an advantage

 能熟练使用中文与马来语沟通,会英文者优先

• We are seeking candidates proficient in both English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

 要求中英文流利,便于与多元客户及利益相关方沟通。

Monday – Saturday / 周一至周六:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
