Work you'll do

• Handling full spectrum of Singapore corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, registration of foreign entity, representative office, drafting of relevant resolutions and maintain the client's records to ensure that the client comply with the relevant regulations.
• Assist to update the client's database electronically.
• Assist to draft invoice and monitor the client's AR aging.
• Attend clients' meetings and draft minutes.
• Assist in the client acceptance process.
• Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• ICSA graduate or those pursuing preferred, as well as Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Law related fields.
• Min. 3-5 years and above of Singapore or Malaysia corporate secretarial experiences.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• A team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Well organised, meticulous, and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Someone who is looking for long-term career growth prospect.
