Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT and application support for POS & accounting software
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
  • Troubleshoot system, hardware, and basic network issues
  • Provide user training and technical guidance to customers
  • Perform remote and on-site support when required
  • Document support cases and solutions
  • Assist with ad-hoc IT tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware & networking
  • Familiar with POS or accounting software is a plus
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, responsible, and team-oriented
