Job Description: Burger King Crew
Location: Burger King Amanjaya Mall
Position Summary
As a Crew Member at Burger King Amanjaya Mall, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent guest service, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and preparing food according to Burger King's standards. You will work as part of a team to ensure guests have a great dining experience in a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service & Experience
Greet guests with a smile and provide friendly, efficient service.
Take accurate food and beverage orders at the counter or drive-thru.
Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Food & Beverage Preparation
Prepare and assemble food items according to Burger King standards.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines at all times.
Monitor product freshness and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) system.
- Restaurant Cleanliness & Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, restrooms, and kitchen.
Perform regular cleaning tasks (tables, counters, equipment, floors).
Assist with stock rotation and storage organization.
- Teamwork & Support
Work collaboratively with team members and managers.
Support kitchen and front-of-house operations during peak hours.
Follow instructions from Manager and comply with company policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1, RM1,700.00 per month
