Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Kindergarten Principal to lead our preschool's academic and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, able to inspire teachers, and committed to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kindergarten, ensuring a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and professional support to teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Develop, implement, and review curriculum plans and school programs in line with educational standards and philosophy.
  • Foster strong communication and relationships with parents, teachers, and the community.
  • Manage school budgets, enrolment, and administrative functions efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's Degree an advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passionate about child development and holistic education.
