About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping business strategies, driving process optimization, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with organizational goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis across business units and projects.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable, cost-effective, and technology-driven solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Analyze data sets, develop dashboards, and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of new business systems or enhancements to existing platforms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track project outcomes, and prepare executive-level performance reports.
  • Collaborate with IT, product, finance, and operations teams to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the team.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related analytical role.
  • Candidates with 2-3 years of experience can be considered for the junior role.
  • Proven experience working with government agencies or public sector digital transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects from concept to implementation.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization or reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, CRM, or ERP platforms.
  • Familiarity with KRISA and government digital performance frameworks

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
