We're looking for Java Developers to join our dynamic team in building and enhancing innovative software solutions. In this role, you will be hands-on in designing, coding, testing, and supporting robust applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve existing systems and drive new development initiatives that deliver real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications, with a strong focus on PAS and API development.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB and MSSQL, including schema design, performance tuning, and indexing.
• Use tools like Postman for API testing, debugging, and validation.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams and apply basic knowledge of AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM, API Gateway, ECS).
• Enhance and maintain internal systems and client-facing applications.
• Analyze existing systems and recommend modifications to meet changing business needs.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including program specs and user guides.
• Conduct unit testing, prepare test data, and verify results.
• Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes.
• Perform basic data analysis to support development tasks.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Java programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of REST API development, Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JDBC/Hibernate.
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and
• Experience with tools such as Postman, Git, Eclipse, and VSCode.
• Practical experience with MongoDB and MSSQL.
• Familiar with performance engineering, application monitoring, and optimization.
• Exposure to AWS services and DevOps practices is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
