Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong
IT Executive
with a background in the
manufacturing industry
to provide end-to-end IT support for both office and production environments. This role is crucial to maintaining 24/7 operational uptime and requires
willingness to work night shifts
and respond swiftly to IT issues during production hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to office and factory floor staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and user workstations.
• Manage LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, and wireless access points to ensure seamless connectivity across the facility.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols including firewalls, antivirus systems, and access control policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, support logs, and change histories.
• Set up and manage user accounts, access permissions, and group policies via Active Directory.
• Collaborate with vendors on IT equipment procurement, maintenance, and licensing.
• Enforce IT policies, security standards, and best practices aligned with manufacturing operational needs.
• Respond immediately to emergency support requests, particularly within production zones, to minimize downtime and support continuous manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in a
  manufacturing or industrial environment
  .
• Candidates must be willing to work night shifts
  and provide after-hours on-site support when necessary.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and network troubleshooting.
• Proficient in managing Active Directory, group policies, user access, and security controls.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
