Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tooling Engineer based in Penang, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining precision tooling, supporting manufacturing operations, and optimizing injection molding processes. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, adhering to quality standards, and utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) tools to deliver high-performance solutions for the production process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Tooling Design and Injection Molding processes
  • Strong background in Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
  • Hands-on expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to solve complex technical issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in a medical technology or related manufacturing environment is a plus
