building technician

The following is a list of duties as a Building Technician:

• To assist the Building Executive/Building Manager on Site Operation and Administrative matters.
• To monitor day-to-day security operations performed by our appointed Security Company.
• To supervise and ensure all places of landscapes and gardens are clean and well-maintained.
• To supervise the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance.
• To maintain a proper record of mechanical and electrical parts that have been changed or replaced.
• To attend to minor repairs, replace, change and modify faulty minor electrical components and light fittings in respect of standard common area facilities.
• To upkeep, maintain and restore minor defects such as masonry, painting, electrical, plumbing or carpentry work.
• Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work per the schedule.
• To perform periodic checks, to record and report on the condition of all electrical equipment, components and pump motors, and to report any findings.
• To assist in monitoring all the work being performed by outside contractors.
• Responsible for alerting the Building Manager/Executive of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur.
• On 24-hour Stand-By-On-Call at designated sites that may be assigned to you.
• To always comply with the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) in the process of carrying out duties.
• To act on other job functions that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
