  1. Use BIM (Revit/AutoCAD) to develop and update detailed 3D models and drawings for ACMV System.
  2. Able to produce up to Level of Detail 400 and 500 (LOD 400 & LOD 500) BIM drawings for ACMV Systems.
  3. Coordinate with project managers, engineers and construction teams to resolve design issue and clashes with other trades (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc)
  4. Perform clash detection analysis and perform coordination works and resolution of conflicts between various other trades or system.
  5. Prepared and manage technical submission, shop drawings, and as built documentation for ACMV works.
  6. Ensure all models and drawings comply with BIM Execution Plans. project workflows, and local Malaysian JKR BIM Guidelines.
  7. Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately to support smooth project delivery.
  8. Assist in maintaining BIM libraries, standards and workflow improvements for ACMV projects.
  9. Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
