Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Kajang. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement personalised treatment plans to support the care of young adults. Daily responsibilities include providing therapy sessions, assessing progress, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. The therapist may also need to work closely with families, educators, and clinical staff to ensure a holistic, client-centered approach to treatment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Occupational Therapy
  • Understanding of Pediatrics and developmental needs of teenagers and young adults
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
  • Knowledge of Medicine, particularly in mental health and eating disorder treatment
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable populations
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field, with appropriate certifications
  • Experience or training in adolescent mental health or eating disorder recovery is highly desirable
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for all residents
