We're looking for a creative, organized, and passionate Boutique Supervisor to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily boutique operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (both online and offline).
  • Create, edit, and manage social media content — photos, videos, captions, and posts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and maintain positive engagement across platforms.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly reports.
  • Coordinate boutique events, photoshoots, and product launches.
  • Maintain proper stock management, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks, supplier coordination, and basic documentation.

Requirements

  • Female only.
  • Minimum Qualification: SPM / Diploma
  • Strong sense of style and passion for fashion or retail.
  • Skilled in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in retail or marketing is an advantage.

Work Location: Bandar Baru Bangi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
